The CDC provides social amenities to workers and their dependants to ensure a comfortable and healthy living condition for the worker such as modern accommodation and toilet facilities, recreational & sporting facilities, as well as social assistance to workers and the local community.
As part of its operational policy, it also runs Small Holders’ Schemes that are aimed at assisting private planters in growing their crops.
